Hello & Welcome! I am Brandi J, owner of Beauty by Brandi J LLC. I am a licensed esthetician based out of Kissimmee Florida. Specializing in Brows, Lashes, Waxing, Makeup & Advanced Skincare treatments. My studio suite is located in Kissimmee at the loop. Right next to Michaels, you will see Studio Blue Salon and Suites. Suite #126 ** ( It is easier to GPS Michaels at the loop. There is a dermatologist office with a similar address- the studios are NOT near them) Please be on time for your appointments. Please do not come early unless asked to. Please stay home if you are feeling sick, have a temperature, coughing or have any symptoms. ***Please avoid bringing extra guests and children to your appointments. I do have a cancellation policy in place, and no refunds. Should you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, the cancellation fee is 100%. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me via IG or directly through here and I will respond as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy
Please allow 24 hours to cancel appointments. This gives time for another client to book that slot. If adequate time is not provided, I reserve the right to charge a 100% cancellation fee. No shows or last minute cancellations as in day of- will be charged 100% of service. No refunds on any service, cancellation fee or no show.
